LIVE ONLINE EVENT
Halloween Night at the Museum with Silly Willy & Friends

Saturday, October 31, 2020, 7:00 p.m.-7:30 p.m.

Join us for a live streamed exploration of spooky cinematic stories and artifacts in the Museum after dark with Silly Willy and Media Educator Leonardo Santana-Zubieta.

Take a special peek inside MoMI after dark on Halloween night! While the building is closed, we will livestream a tour of hidden treasures in the collection related to scary stories and spooky happenings. An English-language version of the tour will take place at 7:00 p.m., and there will be a Spanish-language version at 8:00 p.m. Both will feature filmmaker and Media Educator Leonardo Santana-Zubieta in conversation with Silly Willy, a small rabbit and cinema enthusiast who lives in Astoria and works the Museum night shift. Recommended for ages 8 and up.

Free with RSVP. Instructions for joining the live event will be sent by email one hour before the start time.

This event is made possible by support from the Henson Foundation and Con Edison.

While this event is free, we hope you will consider supporting the Museum with a donation. MoMI's staff is working hard to fulfill its mission via remote programming. This comes with opportunities to experiment but also profound challenges. Your support is critical to ensure our work remains vital and visible to a broad public. Suggested donation: $5.
